Email channels

• General support: support@bigspawn.com for questions about how to use a Service, account help, sign-in trouble, refund requests.
• Billing & subscriptions: billing@bigspawn.com for invoice questions, dispute resolution before a chargeback, tax-residency updates.
• Privacy & data subject rights: privacy@bigspawn.com for GDPR / CCPA / CPRA access, deletion, and portability requests; DPA execution; subprocessor questions.
• Security disclosures: security@bigspawn.com for responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities. Please do not include exploit details in subject lines.
• Abuse reports: abuse@bigspawn.com for reports of Acceptable Use Policy violations, copyright infringement claims, and other terms-of-service violations.

Response targets

• Support: Initial reply within 1 business day of receipt for messages sent during operating hours; the next business day for messages received outside those hours.
• Data subject rights requests: Substantive response within 30 days of receipt, as required by GDPR Article 12(3) and comparable laws. We will confirm receipt before then.
• Security disclosures: Acknowledgement within 5 business days; substantive update within 90 days, consistent with widely adopted responsible-disclosure timelines.
• Billing disputes: Initial reply within 1 business day; resolution timing depends on the specific question.

The fastest path is to sign in to your dashboard, open Help & Support from the sidebar, and email support@bigspawn.com from the address on your account. Including your account email lets us look up your subscription, recent activity, and any relevant logs without a back-and-forth.

Operating hours

Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm Eastern Time (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Email received outside operating hours is addressed on the next business day. Security disclosures sent to security@bigspawn.com are reviewed daily including weekends.
